"The retreat was very nice and fair priced. The room was quite well kept, couches were a little out of date for the room but still good condition. Parking is a little tight but manageable the over hanging trees between parks should be trimmed back a little as they will hit your car or be in the way when getting out."

"Lovely apartment, very clean and staff very friendly, spa excellent and modern. We had a quite stay exactly what the doctor recommend lol I would like to provide some feedback on some possible improvements: 1. Entry to the premise coming from The avenue needs update as has plenty of holes 2. The living area had a rug on top on the main carpet that was too old and bended and we almost trip over a couple of times. We needed to move furniture around to avoid the hazard 3. Fox and movies were only on the living area so can you please added it to the main bedroom as well as the furniture in the living area is not very comfy to watch any TV Apart from the above, we had a lovely stay but hope that our feedback is taken into account for future improvements Keep the good work"

"We stayed in the loft, and it was super cosy. It had everything we needed and a little bit more (the spa bath). The bed was massive. It's not the comfiest bed, unfortunately, but it's pretty standard within accommodation. The staff were really helpful and friendly with any question or issue. We are already planning our next trip back!"

"Nice, cozy, peaceful ambiance with balconies at front and back. Very close to nearby attractions and towns. Sam and Jess who work at the retreat have excellent customer service and attend to queries promptly. A few things I wish I knew before making the booking, we stayed at the loft which meant stairs (steep) to the top, carrying luggage was a struggle. Kitchen cupboards were way too high, inviting people to use chairs to get utensils which isn't ideal/safe to do. Access to the shower was via climbing into the Jacuzzi which was high. There were stairs and a hand rail but if you have accessibility needs you it may be a mission to get in and out. General cleanliness of the place was good, only thing was that the microwave was quite dirty and some cutlery were not washed prior to our use."

"Absolutely beautiful area. But when we found our room we weren't happy. We had to climb 2 stairs, very steep to get into the room. Very hard carrying luggage and very slippery and moss and dirty tiles. The bathroom toilet brush was filthy. Microwave was filthy. Cupboards way too high to reach. I'm 5ft6 and couldn't reach. I feel what we payed was mostly for the view and area. Close to scenic lookouts. The room was not 4 and half star."
