"Poor customer service. Waited half hr in store, no one called my name out or thought to look into restaurant to see if we waiting even though I had 2 kids there with me and it was obvious we were waiting. When I approached counter to check pizzas had been sitting there this whole time. Poor initiative from staff. Restaurant dirty."

"Ordered for a pizza. I was asked to come back in 15 minutes. I went 25 minutes later. I was asked to wait 5 minutes. After which she prepared my pizza to be placed in oven. Most of all they keep working as everything is fine. Not a ‘sorry’, no explanation, nothing. I don’t forgive this kind of negligence. Disgrace. I had to go to another place for my food."

"This store is the most unhygienic pizza outlet I’ve seen, the employee didn’t bother cleaning up the kiosk where we order and there was so much stuff on the floor all over the restaurant, overall very untidy, which made me feel like not eating from here. If the entrance is so messy how unhygienic would the kitchen be. Request the owners to pls look into it and do regular inspections at your pizza outlet as the employees do not represent ya’ll at their best."

"I have ordered at Monty's Pizza few times earlier and after a gap of several months, I ordered a family size pudina (mint) chicken pizza on 12th May 2023 (order # 1538). Where to start? As stated by other reviewers, the quality of customer service at the front desk is pathetic! No friendliness or warmth! The owner seems to have employed graduate students who are busy chatting with each other than reaching out to the customer who has stopped by the Store. No, "Hi, how can help you?" greeting! The family size pizza is $25.95 and the toppings are scarce. Please checkout Pizzeria Italiana on Old Prospect road and you'll understand what I mean. When I pointed this to the person on front desk, she was in no position to understand what I said and defended or repeated what she was told by her team member at the Store. The sign board nearby the cash register stays, if you purchase more than $20 (if am correct) and pay by cash, you'll get 5% discount and quite ironically the adjacent notice board says, their prices have gone up due to recent inflation and rise in cost of living. My question: How can you offer discount on cash payment when your cost of raw materials have gone up? Very dodgy! Card payment invites surcharge even for my order of $30 plus. They don't say that ahead before charging the card. The prices of items need an update. Example, garlic bread costs $4.95 where as price on board says $3.95. Definitely the business is a major letdown for the local community and feels run down. Reading the owner's reply to one of the commenters that he won't spare anyone who isn't serving the customer sounds like a rhetoric and I'm not sure how it would help someone to work in the best interest of the business and serve the customer when there are so many negative reviews about the business? Better find another Pizza takeway or if you are looking for a Domino's alternative, then please try this one!"

"If you are looking for quick and delicious Pizzas, Montys Pizza in Pendle Hill is the place to order from. I have ordered in-person and online. Generous size with reasonable price. The girls are very hardworking, quick and friendly. 5 stars for taste 5 stars for customer service 5 stars for convenience 5 stars for location 5 stars for a very extensive menu 2020 has been a challenging year - To start and grow a small business in such an environment takes a lot of grit, dedication and teamwork and Montys Pizza is doing their best! Keep it up team."
