In addition to exceptional customer service, we also pride ourselves on our product knowledge. Our staff is highly knowledgeable about the products we use and recommend, and we are confident in their quality. If you find a product to be faulty, we will refund or replace it without hesitation.

Please note that our staff have the right to refuse service if they feel threatened or intimidated. We also reserve the right to refuse service if a client is visibly unwell or if a service is deemed unsuitable and may cause harm. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the health and safety of both our clients and staff.

For your convenience, we accept cash or bank transfer to avoid any card surcharges at point of sale. We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, as failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you are booking under a gift voucher, please be aware that failure to show up on time or a complete no-show may result in a percentage of your voucher being voided or a reduction in service time, with the full voucher still being redeemed.

We understand that sometimes a change of mind may occur, but please note that we cannot refund products due to a change of mind. However, we can provide a credit note for services. Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be assessed on a personalized basis.

If you have pre-paid for a service or series of services on special, we treat it as a gift card. Any extra amount in the system can be used as credit, but if some of the treatments on sale have been used, the remaining ones will be charged at full price and the rest will be credited.

Please keep in mind that vouchers cannot be refunded after 30 days, but they can be used as store credit.
