"Pizza was delivered late. Excuse from the driver was that he was on a break. Maybe they need more than 1 driver! Pizza was almost 20 minutes late. Customer service at the store was disgusting. Greeted with simply “hi” when they answered the phone. When i followed up my order i was told it will be on the way and hung up on. Rang back and was told that it wasnt my fault one of the other staff did it. Must be a circus down there. Opened the box and found the pizzas to have a load of crust and missed alot of toppings. I think i will stick to dominos in the future Never had such a negative experience. Alot of training required for the staff."

"My wife and I ordered some pizza and garlic bread with Uber Eats, only to be told by the Uber Eats delivery driver that the staff working at the Fairfield Pizza Hutt on the 10th of April, around 9:40PM, had refused to give our order to him. He then advised that we would need to go pick it up ourselves, which was very inconvenient. When we got to the store, and asked about the incident with our delivery, the young lady simply said that there was nothing they could do. Very, VERY unsatisfactory customer service."

"Ordered online on the 28/11, was feeling very unwell the following day.. I called to make a complaint, spoke to the store manager who offered a “store credit” for food poisoning. Why would I want to eat from the same place again after my experience. I have now escalated this to Pizza Hut HQ, they are no help and said that they can’t do anything against the store owners. I certainly won’t be ordering from here again and will not be recommending anyone. Rubbish service."
