"Thought several times before posting a negative comment as I really dont wanted it. But today I visited this caddens centre and asked to do a head massage. I went there around 3pm and the lady told me to come around 4pm. When I visited at 4pm she was serving the same customer. She saw me and did not acknowledge me. Then I waited another 10min. I asked her if she is willing to do. Then only she said may be around 4.30. Why they give time slots to us if they can not serve the customers .waisted more tah one hour."

"I was very happy when Indian beauty secrets opened their franchise in Caddens as its very close to our home. They say they are open on Sunday but they never does. Even on weekdays staff is always in a rush to close and leAve early for what so ever reasons . There is always only one staff member in this parlour and they look pressurised because of too much dependency on one staff member. I got waxing done once and it was a Thursday evening, the girl was in rush and did the waxing very quickly which has resulted in rashes on my hands and face- I am not allergic to anything and this is the first time I got rashes due to the lady that did. I let it go that time. Next time , again on a Thursday evening I called the store and booked appointment for express facial and waxing. When I went to the parlour she thought it was only for waxing. She can still do the facial but she wanted to leave early . I once waited outside this parlour on a Sunday morning to open and it was never opened. I gave all these chances as these guys are good at other franchises, but now I will never go back again there. Highly disappointed"
