"Ordered a godfather pizza and received a totally different pizza. Confirmed my order with them twice over phone and still got sent a complete different pizza. Customer service not very good. Please train your staff to get orders correct atleast. Defs taking this to your head office."

"Honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever seen / gotten and eaten in my life. I had ordered a half meat lovers & half pepperoni pizza. The toppings & slices were all over the place as soon as I had opened the box. Not enough pepperoni topping. Pizza was poorly made and presented. I have ordered at least 3 times from this Narellan store & all 3 times, the pizza was in a atrocious state. This is the third time I’ve gotten a poor pizza & I JUST HAD to leave a review this time round. See for yourself and have a look at the photo. Worst ever."

"I am extremely disappointed! If was able to give a zero rating that's what I would have given! Ordered a single cheese pizza nothing else. Paid for the 20 minute guarantee. Pizza arrived after 40 mins instead and was burnt, the cheese burnt, unwanted grease in box, pizza base was dry. Pretty terrible. The free voucher for failing to meet my 20 minute guarantee does not cut it this time. I'm asking for a total refund!"
