Domino's Pizza St Marys 370 Great Western Highway, Saint Marys, New South Wales 2760

"I placed an order online, the money was taken from my account, then I got a message to call the store. Upon calling the store they said there was no order and when I explained to them that the payment was taken from my account ($52.80) they said there was nothing they could do then hung up on me."

"All round horrible. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery never came. I called them put me on hold and would hang up on me 3 times. Will never be ordering from here again the worse run business ever!"

"I have been ordering here regularly for past year and for last one month I have had such bad experience regarding food quality. Pizza has less toppings, delivered late by 1 hour cold and uncooked. Seems like domino's pizza has got new people and are not upto mark trained for better service. Disgusting. Even the sauce bucket area looks yuck, the short lady doesn't understand English. Drivers are roaming around clueless opening doors hurting people standing to order. Very poor service. Dominos head office should do something about the franchisee otherwise you guys are running out of business soon. I will never be ordering from here and go to some other place. Even when making call for cold order they're not helpful, after 3 times picking phone and hanging up in between. What's the point of ordering deliver if I have to visit store personally?"

"WOW, just brought 1x classic bbq chicken, 1x classic mega meat, 1x cheese burger classic. All 3 where near raw dough base and also had become soggy from under cooked topping products. But arrived in 10 min from time of placing order so one would guess not cooked long enough . Had to Phone StMarys store regards food saftey quality issues, was told replacements would be made and arrive shortly. 50min later, again same poor quality replaceme arrived yet very lean in topping meats and cheese compared to first 3x pizzas. So sent back and refund sort. Never again would i use or recommend St Mary's dominos pizza. McCanines Woolworths pizza is better made and quality with more toppings than dominos premiums pizzas"

"Ordering was easy for a 7pm delivery time-pizza receipt was printer at store at 648pm. Pizza arrived 715pm cold. Pizzas had slid to one side in their boxes with the toppings everywhere"
