"Absolutely Appalling!!! Ordered flowers through teleflorist for my mother.. Paid €72.90 and what got delivered to my mother was an absolute disgrace. I spoke with both teleflorist and the owner of Murphy florist and neither were taking responsibility. Murphy florist claimed to have only received €55 for the flowers, but then delivery would be €30 so my poor Mother ended up getting a very scabby €25 bunch of tulips. (I wouldn't even call them a bouquet) and then teleflorist insist that they would never allow such a delivery charge..I hope some of the money i paid goes to some customer service training as it was terrible!! Issue has never been sorted yet.."
"My partner had a recent issue with the florist about a bouquet he purchased. The bouquet advertised didnt match the bouquet received. When he contacted the florist he was given alot of excuses about delivery charges which were already included in the original price. He was very disappointed with the customer service he received. I definitely wouldn't recommend this florist."
"Flowers delivered to my mum last week for Mothers day and they were scandalous. My brother paid over €70 for the flowers including a delivery charge and really were not worth €20. Would not recommend this florist to anyone especially as the owner failed to take any responsibility for the horrendous bouquet that was delivered. We were so embarrassed for our mum to receive them especially with her not knowing the amount of money that was spent on them."
