"Bad communication. Impossible to reach. I must have rang more than ten times and emailed many times on all contacts listed on their website as well as shared by other parents. When she finally decided to respond after a few months, She emailed and asked for all my information and said she would call me back, disappeared again and never heard anything from her since. It would be so easy for us as we were about 10 mins drive from her, or we would have gone to a different therapist straight away instead of waiting on her. we ended up travelling from longford to Co. Clare to see a different therapist every week until we moved out of Co. Longford."
