"The waiting area for cVRT can be crowded and uncomfortable. They always add marketing junk to your key ring and windshield despite asking them to not do that. Goes straight to the landfill every time. I've also been rushed off premises after an inspection without any word of the test and being quickly handed the certificate because they were closing. Didn't realize until 5 mins down the road that they had put "FAILED DANGEROUS VEHICLE" red sticker on my windshield, where it was not easily visible to the driver (the vehicle doesn't have a rear view mirror). I've gone elsewhere since and had a lot better service."
