"My wife and I needed her to obtain a letter from a solicitor and, having phoned Ms. Brady's office to explain what she needed, she was invited to call around to the office for a meeting at a specified time. When my wife attended the office, Ms. Brady appeared from a meeting that she was holding with someone else. She was curt and rude to my wife and told her "oh I can't do that today" and promptly disappeared. My wife's time was wasted and we have now both been put to no small amount of inconvenience. Apart from being bad business, this is just no way to treat another person."

Girl from receptions cannot keep your phone number safety, so we 3 times leave the number, but no callback - should be she lost it again..
