"It’s great, in fact it’s really important, to have this Post Office facility available to those of us who live on the East side of the River Moy in Ballina. It’s a long enough trek from here to the main Ballina Post Office across the river - and it tends to be pretty busy there usually so there can be a lot of queueing and waiting involved. Our Ardnaree Post Office is located in Heffernan’s and is run by people who by now know most of our faces - it’s more like a village Post Office. It’s nice and we want to keep it - so to whoever makes these decisions : Don’t you dare ever shut it down!!"
