"If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed with my sandwich. I asked for a gluten free sandwich and got sausages that containing gluten. Bare in mind I am a celiac. As a result I am very unwell after having ONE BITE. Should have an allergens information leaflet. Again very disappointed."
"Enjoyed my tea until I found a bluish particle floating in my tea."
"I ate at this restaurant in Athlone a few weeks ago. The place was absolutely filthy. A guy was clearing tables but at no stage did he wipe them down. When I was ordering I asked if someone would clean our table and I got this obnoxious look from the server. She then charged me for a chicken and ham sandwich instead of a vegetarian. I assume she was punishing me for asking to clean the table by over charging me. The place is disgusting, the covers on the chairs are torn and the internal structure is broken so the chairs sink down when you sit on them. Also we were given a few chips in a little plastic cup with our sandwich. In an age where plastic is a no no do you think it is advisable to give out plastic cups with every meal that serve no purpose are you so that afraid that someone might get a few extra chips. Disgusting DO NOT EAT HERE. I contacted O'Brien's after my visit and they didn't bother to respond."
"Not very good. Spotted molding cherry tomatoes after I ordered our food, kinda put me off straight away. When we got our sandwichs there was bits of other people's sandwiches stuck to the bottom of our food. Also the Delph looked very worn out, I originally thought that they were dirty. Wasn't a very good experience. Edit. Came back after over a year. Still the same, worse if anything. Seats are all ripped, table was dirty that I sat at, the floor was filthy with grime around the seats and stains, everywhere you looked was filthy. Even my coffee came with a plastic spoon to stir it, just so they wouldn't have to clean them I'm guessing. Just lazy overall, in every way. Coffee was OK, food was not great. Bland."
