"Ordered glasses was told I need reading and distance glass. Assistant explained as glasses were different could not get two for one. I was under the impression 2 reading glasses one distance pair. Went to collect only 2 pairs explained about the extra pair. Was told that's extra 129 euros on top of the hundreds I had spent. Was told card machine was not working and manager would call me today. Called all day no answer . I left voice message no reply. Service unacceptable. No glasses and no refund. Update I had to go in again to get my refund was told still no card machine working. I called next day they took my card details was told five days to process. Received refund into my account short of 50 euro they charged for eye test. Unbelievable! Floor staff, No customer service skills. No interest if you are unhappy Only want you to sell no concern for customers. Will not recommend Very disappointed"

"I booked an appointment here for my son, the staff on the phone was very helpful, I got a follow up call few days to the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we were attended to swiftly, the staff took her time to take us through the frames and option available to us. We chose a frame and it was ready within few days. That is what top notch customer care looks like, I'll highly recommend this place."
