Reviews of Bellview Clinic, Centric Health
"Doctors are ok but receptionists are very very rude think they own the place never answer phone and when u go in pgone is ringing and there not answering it and there not even busy just lazy"
"I phoned Thursday at 5pm only to spoken to quite abruptly by some secretary who needs to be educated in customer service. I would not recommend this service and I shall be moving to a service with professional people on the phone. I would appreciate a call from management regarding this incident"
"Girl with black hair at the reception is an absolute spa. So unfriendly , unwelcoming and obviously has personal issues going on which she doesn’t takes out on everyone she sees. Was in there today Friday 06/01 at around 3pm , to collect an envelope for a patient of the clinic. Customer in front of me was filling out a form and said to me please, go ahead of me, as I will be a few minutes. I proceeded to the counter , said hello , to the lady receptionist, and was cut off by her to say ,” sorry I’m dealing with this lady first “. The lady filling out the form even looked on and shockingly said , wow, I thought she would have looked after you”.. what a disgrace of a woman, to be honest. To work in such an important public position, and to be the only line of communication between patient and doctor , you would think that she would have some decorum, patience & understanding for the many worried and anxious people coming into the clinic every day for themselves & their loved ones. She is also the face of Belview clinic , and is meant to be representing the facility in a positive light. However, she is doing the complete opposite. I feel sorry for anyone weak-minded that wouldn’t be able to deal with her. Might I suggest she deal with whatever unhappiness she has going on in her life as this is clearly affecting her job capabilities ."
"A pure and utter disgrace. There have been, on numerous occasions where my son or myself has been unwell and in need of an appointment. The majority of the time I cannot get through to the practice as the phone either rings out or won’t connect in the first place. The seldom time I do get through to the reception the receptionists are extremely rude. Most of the doctors I’ve been too have been lovely and very accommodating, but something needs to be done about the problem with being unable to get in contact with the practice and the attitude of the receptionists."
"Overall the clinic is great. It's a shame they close the phones for lunch and you've no way to leave a message. Also they could program a reminder text for appointments but say the name of the person. I had my number listed for both myself and my late aunt. They'd send an appointment reminder but I'd have to ring to confirm who it was for. It's little things like that they fail on. Some of the reception staff can be rude. Others are very professional and friendly. Some doctors are the same, hit and miss. But as regards the care and treatment they are fantastic. I didn't like the extra charges for bloods for elderly medical card holders. In my opinion at that age everything should be free! They've earned it. The nurses seem to lack confidence in blood taking and I'm always sent to the hospital for blood work. They do it in a couple of minutes. I didn't understand that. The clinic should invest in the veinfinder machine, saves a lot of hassle! Overall it's a decent clinic compared to some!"
