"Can't fault the care received by Drs BUT the receptionist with the short black hair needs sacking. She has terrible communication skills and lacks empathy when dealing with people, like she's going out of her way to get you a appointment and she'd make out like she's paying for it at the same time. Thankfully the receptionists at my new drs surgery are lovely, warm & welcoming people. She should take a leaf out of there books instead of being a sad old wrinkley ball bag to people needing to see a Dr."

"Absolutely ridiculous how reception are treating patients, I got kicked out with my 7 years old daughter who had terrible tummy pain, why? because I'm not caring face mask with me anymore and I dont have none at home, receptionist told me to go and buy and she even did not offer to give me one. How people like they still are working in place where must to deal with patients, no manner at all!"

"Receptionist is an absolute joke, clearly unfit for the job she’s doing, she treats everyone like s#%, I can’t fault the doctors, but they must see how damaging she is for the business, sadly I had to move to a GP 25 miles away in Athlone, something needs to be done rapidly, as the main doctors surgery in ballinasloe im sure she’s turning away many local people, it baffles me how other staff allows her behaviour"

"My girlfriend and myself are on holiday staying in the Shearwater across the road (02/07/2021). My girlfriend got bit yesterday by a horse fly and woke up this morning to see the bite swollen and very itchy, we said we would ring this place across the road and were greeted by a very rude receptionist who just asked are we a patient of the practice, to which we said no, then was just rudely told go to hospital and then hung up. This is no way to treat someone just simply seeking advice. This may be no reflection on any of your doctor staff but if receptionist is treating people like this, it gives out a very bad vibe to people about this center."
