Reviews of Tourmakeady waterfall parking
"Tourmakeady waterfall is very much a hidden gem. Lovely and peaceful place. The atmosphere of surrounding forest is more attractive and alluring."
"If you are going to the waterfall it's just one kilometer walk from the car park. Don't follow the route directly to the waterfall in the maps. First go to the parking lot and then walk."
"Really cool attraction. Well-designed parking area, with a small play area there too. Then a flat 1km walk through a wooded area to get to the lovely waterfall! There's a bench there, and you can use stepping stones to reach a large rock in the water for great photos. We didn't do the longer walk but will in the summer."
"Beautiful walk and a nice waterfall. I found the trail slightly littered with rubbish and the waterfall itself had a sock and tshirt thrown in there. Maybe afew bins along the path might help this issue."
"Nice walk with a lovely surprise waterfall. Perfect for families."
