"Attended a class ran by a private source. The meeting room we had was warm and comfortable, nice long windows. (Although one shutter for the window was jammed open - a job for maintenance!). Reception area and staff very friendly. Lunch was a choice of carvery or made to order sandwiches. The food was tasty and well priced. No red meat on the menu which was a shame. Nice coffee too. Lots of parking. Toilets clean."
"Staff all so lovely, our room got upgraded for free which was incredibly appreciated! The room was perfectly clean and there was tea and coffee making supplies in the room. The gym is fully equipped with all of the normal machines as well as a really good selection of free weights. The gym also has two power racks which I was very impressed with. Breakfast was nothing special, classic Irish breakfast ingredients, cereals, toast, fruit and a small pastry selection."
"There are walks on the grounds. The lake at sunset is a view not to miss. It is covered in snow at the moment and looks wonderful. Unfortunately it it thawing today. There is a nice Christmas feel about decorations are quality subtle not in your face nice. The staff are extremely nice helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Look for offers and discounts the rooms vary in facilities but only subtle changes."
"Recently stayed in one of the new family rooms. The room was very spacious and modern. Plenty of room for two adults and three kids. The only minor flaw was that the Netflix/YouTube wasn't working on the telly. Not a big deal though. Also had dinner in the bar. The steak was one of the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly. My wife had the Thai red curry and this was also 10/10. The kids also enjoyed their meals. The leisure centre/swimming pool is also spotless and very well kept. Staff were extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and great with the kids. Beautiful grounds and will definitely be returning for another stay(without kids next time!)."
