"Beautiful modern spacious house from the light fittings,colour changing lamps to the induction hob,every thing is so neat,tidy and clean,furnished to a high standard...love the log burner,complementary logs,very cosy at night,we went in late October so it was dark early,and cold enough to light the fire.We loved having the ceiling to floor windows to see the view and let's in great light in the day!! Fully equipped kitchen is great,beds very comfy and everywhere is spotless! The view is fabulous to wake up to every morning and the quietness is a welcome change,very peaceful here and love being close to nature.10 mins drive to bustling westport town,which has everything you could need,can't walk out to any shops,pubs etc,but taxi available plus we just all drove and had drinks when we got back.I really enjoy the rural setting,a big change from Dublin.Gardens back and front are lovely,and the log seated area with the outside fire pit was very enjoyable for a night of sitting, talking,having a drink and looking at the stars,which were so bright and easy to see here.Little added touches make all the difference when we have a self catering staycation each year,like the lovely flowers and a welcome hamper,big basket of logs and Conor was very welcoming(we had our 2 little dogs here also).I would come again and would highly recommend this beautiful holiday home."
