Willow Outdoor Preschool

Welcome to Willow Outdoor Preschool, a wonderful play and learning space located on Antogher Road, Slevinagee in Roscommon, Ireland. Our outdoor preschool is a unique, nature-based, and child-led learning environment designed for children aged 2-5 years.

At Willow Outdoor Preschool, we aim to ignite your child’s curiosity and love for nature, giving them the chance to explore, learn, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our experienced and highly qualified staff create individualized learning opportunities for each child, based on their interests and needs. We use natural materials and loose parts to create an interactive and stimulating environment, where children can develop their imagination, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Our curriculum follows the Aistear and Siolta frameworks, which focus on play-based learning, communication, language, and social interactions.

At Willow Outdoor Preschool, we believe that spending time in nature is essential for your child’s development and well-being. That’s why we provide a range of outdoor experiences, such as gardening, nature walks, and woodland adventures, to help your child build a connection with the natural world. Our preschoolers also have access to a range of outdoor equipment, including a sandpit, mud kitchen, climbing structures, and water play area.

Our outdoor preschool also offers flexible hours to suit busy parents, with flexible morning and afternoon sessions available. We also offer drop-in sessions, so you can leave your child in our care for a few hours while running errands or attending appointments.
