"I broke down on the M4 east bound late on the evening of 27 December 2022 and had to request a towing service. My call was prioritised becuase of the circumstances and it was Allen Motors who attended. The Brazillian driver, Lee, was most helpful, courteous and professional and we had a great chat on our way to the yard in Mount Temple. He dropped me off in Moate where I was managed to get transport back home a short time later. The garage opened on 3 January 2023 and Vanessa in the office managed to get the parts required for the repair that afternoon and my car was ready for pickup the following morning. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic and mighty craic and when I dropped back to Moate on the Thursday to collect the car she even arranged for one of the mechanics to come to Moate and drive me back to the garage. All in all an excellent service and excellent bunch of people and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Btw, they deserve more than the 5 stars."

"I was brought to this place by breakdown assistance after breaking down outside of Athlone in July with a clutch related issue. Right away extremely unfriendly and took full advantage of the fact I was stuck out there. After three days of waiting eventually did a bad bang up job on my clutch which they charged me 400 euro for. I've been advised now by two separate mechanics that they didn't tighten bolts properly or in some cases neglected to put them in at all. This has caused a number of other serious issues to occur in my car and some parts under the bonnet have now literally fallen out as a result. I'm now having to try to get others to clean up for their ineptitude. I can't believe they would put someone at risk like this and have such little pride in their work. I would strongly advise against anyone putting their faith in these people, they obviously don't care about getting a job done properly or even keeping people safe on the road."

"Great service when we got roadside assistance. We broke down on the M6, He kept in touch all the time but came out quickly. Solved our problem on the side of the road which saved us a lot of hassle as we had a wheelchair user passenger. He worked in the rain on the side of a busy motorway, and still had a smile and a "beep" when he passed us up the road a bit."
