"Be aware I Purchased a dress at Aine's for my daughter communion, the instruction on the dress clearly stated to hand wash, which I did. A tiny hole appeared in the dress, I went back to Aine's one week later ,with the receipt, I explained that I had washed the dress in the bath as instructed, the staff was extremely unhelpful rude and unwilling to help. I then asked speak to the Manager Aine herself, who was rude, said I must have put a hole in the dress, not willing to make any refund , exchange(Nothing). Clearly have no knowledge of consumer rights. But not only no knowledge the manner i was spoken too was absolute discussing. Complete different story when they are trying to sell what is quite clearly faulty goods. I am going to bring Aine to the small claims court to obtain a refund. Be aware when purchasing the quality is very poor. Know your consumer rights ."

"Nice shop for women staff friendly and helpful and were very helpful to my Wife. Got what she wanted and left happy with her purchases. Very disabled friendly and level with the footpath so it's very smooth for a wheelchair user and the person pushing the chair. Well worth a visit."
