"I wish to say that I I have never been so disappointed in an online shopping experience. The manner which my item was delivered was disgraceful. An wool coat was stuffed into tiny carrier bag that was then stuffed into a tny plastic baggie. When I tried to figure out how return the item, it took me ages to sort through the convoluted verbiag . And I'm especially not impressed with the fact that I end up being responsible for the price of carriage both ways!? I'll make sure to include that little jem in my Google review.
