"Initial service was good but I think it was unfair I was expected to pay to have frames fixed when they broke. It was no fault of mine but got told I must have sat on them. They broke a second time and I was expected to pay again. They were obviously faulty but I was the one left out of pocket. In no way will I ever return and I'm fed up supporting local businesses that rip me off. Spec savers next time."
