"Overheard an older member of the staff being very rude and unpleasant to a younger cashier. The older cashier shouted a swear word and brutally belittled the young cashier and I felt very bad for the poor girl, she seemed to just be asking for help. This is not the first time I’ve seen this behaviour and I do just hope the young/new staff are being treated fairly"
