"Super friendly and professional."
"Very good pharmacy and staff are very helpful and obliging. The shop is very well stocked and have all you need. Well worth a visit."
"Only giving one star as 0 is not possible. We've had continual problems since day 1 with them. It ranges from things like periodically they'll "forget" my medicine needs to be in bottles so my assistant dog has no risk of swallowing them when she passed to me, through to refusing to fill more than 1 month at a time (I work away a lot of the time & my medication is essential. It's also difficult to find sometimes) though the Dr is happy for 3mts at a time, and the HSE tell me collecting up to 6mts ahead is perfectly acceptable. More specifically to 2020, back in March the week before lockdown officially started, we made an arrangement that since I have no immune system & am quarantining (from 11th Mar to present in our case), we'd need to avail of the disability system to have my medications delivered as obviously the pharmacy is too dangerous a place for my husband to go & risk bringing home any bugs (not just the Covid). Every single time since (up to and including tonight, the woman rings & either wants him to go in, or to have an in-person hand-off with one of their staff. Both of which we've repeatedly said is too dangerous for us & we're happy with the disability home delivery option I chose independently as how I want to manage this ever since day 1. All of these conversations incidentally are behind my back & to my husband to try & get him to change my decision. On top of that, my medication did have a recall I'm August & September. Current batches are not affected & the company says it will continue to supply. Since she has decided not to stock it any more, I received a call last week to inform me that without reference to me, she had written to the GP to ask that I be switched to a different medication that we already know is no good for me (as well as widely reported in journals and by patients to be less effective). I wish there were a serious competitor in the area. It's bad enough the riding roughshod over disabled customers, and ignoring/constantly trying to make them change their autonomous decisions, but now, with the changing medications without reference to a patient (quite apart from the allergy complications that come into it), makes me feel scared that I can't effectively manage my healthcare with them in the picture. It wouldn't even be so bad except for we've already made at least 3 formal complaints previously over these issues. Each time there's great lip service (on the phone because they flat refuse a large print letter) to how it'll be better in future, how they never meant to disempower me as a disabled person, & how it won't happen again, but every time we get back to here."
"Great pharmacy with brilliant staff. All so helpful and friendly."
