"Shocking after sales service. The store staff are great, however the shop owner is not. Bought floor here and had it laid. Floor came apart after few days, seperating in places and moving up and down under our feet in our living room when walking on it. Went to shop and made complaint. After several days of calling eventually the shop owner contacted us and came to see the floor. He stated that the floor had not been laid properly, and convinced us that if one of his staff laid it we wouldn't have the problem we did. So we took his advice, got his staff to take up the floor and re-lay it, and paid for it too. Next day we could feel and see floor moving under our feet again. Called shop owner who was particularly unhelpful and even rude during the call. He said he'd get the rep to come and see the floor and let us know when. Waited for his call and nothing. Had to call the shop several times over the next week where the staff there sorted the rep to call. Rep from Flanagan Flooring called said very little, but did acknowledge the issue. Said he would talk to William (shop owner) and one of them would call us back later that day. Again no call. Have been ringing the shop since then to see what the next step is but neither William nor the rep have the decency to return my calls or follow up. The situation is going on over a month now. So we're left with a dodgy floor over the Christmas, my toddler tripping over a part of it constantly, a very big dent in our wallet having paid for floor and it to be laid twice, and total frustration with the lack of customer service from this business, leaving us with no other option than to take it further at this stage. Feel sorry for the great shop staff whose employer has consistently left them to handle the situation even though there's little they can do, instead of him actually behaving like a decent business person and dealing with the issue. Save your cash and get your floor somewhere else folks because if you've any issues with it don't expect this shop owner to to be of any help whatsoever!!"
