"I really enjoyed the riding and scenery of the Challenging Connemara Cycle Tour (5 days, 300 km). I brought my track bike (48x15), and they picked me up and assembled it, and re-packed it at the end. They had everything lined up for me, and I really enjoyed hiking Croagh Patrick, touring the sheep farm, and the ferry tour of the fjord. Amazing country, and loved every bit of the riding on the rural roads, including the mist and rain."
"Outstanding trip. Five stars to this company which superbly organized all the arrangements for our bike trip in Connemara. The western-Ireland countryside is magically beautiful and the little roads my wife and I rode our bikes through were delightful. The Bed&Breakfasts we stayed at were welcoming and pleasant. Several of them look out over the Atlantic: Inishbofin and other islands always in view. Connemara Adventure Tours provided fine bikes which worked with no problems for the week's tour. Our suitcase was transported during the daytime to the next B&B so we could take a shower and have clean clothes to change into. Excellent restaurants along the way: salmon and other freshly-caught fish, lobster too. High-detail maps were provided to us, with our route clearly outlined (we were touring on our own with no guide), and possible side-excursions marked too. The side-excursions were actually some of the most enjoyable parts of the trip, as we would not have known about them otherwise. Here C.A.T.'s long-standing knowledge of the Connemara geography and history was absolutely irreplaceable and contributed a great deal to the pleasure of our trip. Note too, if you are thinking of a bike trip through Connemara, that there are easy bus connections from Dublin city and from Dublin airport direct to Clifden, where the tours begin. -- Tom and Anny, USA, June 2019"
