"NOT RECOMMENDED. I left my dog there for 2 weeks. I left food for him and all the necessary things. When you call and ask they say the dog is doing perfectly fine. The real surprise came when we picked him up as he lost a lot of weight, he went from 9KG to 6.8KG which is a considerable weight loss. The dog also had ear hematomas due to bitting or aggression. The dog was in urgent need for veterinary assistance as he presented diarrhoea and vomit. All of these statements are confirmed by a vet. The dog is currently on medication. I would totally not recommend this place."
"Couldn't recommend Precious Pets enough. We were dubious leaving our two dogs for a week anywhere but from the moment we arrived our minds were put at ease. Shadow and Logan were in a pen together with a door leading outside so they had plenty of space to move freely. We were sent videos of them running and playing with other dogs, this definitely put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our week away. When we collected them they were very calm and happy. Will definitely be using Precious Pets again in the future."
