"What I received wasn't really that great. Overcooked and under seasoned meat with the blandest fried rice in existence. Maybe got them on a really bad night? Idk"
"Service was great! Food was good. Would go again."
"We dined in a nice clean restaurant. We had starters and a main course with a Chinese beer.. a little pricey compared to a meal we had in a restaurant close by the previous night"
"Arrived I to town at 21.00 after driving 4 hours from Dublin. Hotel food kitchen stops at 20.45, as do most restaurants in town The phoenix stays serving late. You will not be disappointed, excellent food with cheerful friendly staff. It was festival night so fully booked but we were asked to wait as a table had just paid and we didn't have to wait 10 minutes. Crab sweet corn soup. Lovely. 1/2 peking duck with pancakes. Excellent Crispy shredded beef sweet sour HK style sauce, with fried rice. Very tasty. Chicken chow mein , very good. Great service tasty food, most enjoyable. Try it, you won't be disappointed."
"Terrible food, so disappointed, cooked and reheated, in what tasted like oil cooked in fish. Chips soggy all oily, even rice was funny taste like reheated. Asked to see food as we did not eat it, drove 13km in and begrudged me asking for my money back. No apology, no sorry for inconvenience. Didn't even give free prawn crackers (they were paid for with drinks) in my opinion they should have not charged a thing. Terrible customer service, no interest in their customers. Wish they had competitor, might shake them up a bit, and start serving fresh food. Long a many a day before i eat there again."
