"For the first time decided to treat the family to Kentucky. Ordered at the drive through. They asked me to wait at the side and someone will bring the food out to me. 20mins later still no sign. They forgot. No apology nothing, so not worth going there"
"They just dont care for their customers. I was outside in the rain trying to order some food through the drive in booth. Nobody was answering.Even when i knocked the window from outside the lady inside was pretending that i am not there. Really poor experience. Normally US fast food chains are much better organized but obviously not in Ireland"
"I ordered a veggie burger at kfc today. I got a dry roll with this kind of burger. and there should be mayonnaise and lettuce. anyway you can see in the photo. some a week ago, I also had this veggie burger with mayonnaise and lettuce, but there was a lot of this mayonnaise, I felt that I only eat mayonnaise, I left it without complaint, it could have been wrong, but the second time such a bluff .. not recommended kfc briarhill"
