"Terrible Drive through Service, you can spend ages at Order Point- No one will ever come. You will wonder whats happening. Same story inside. Costa man will chat to friends and stay enjoyed while customer wait, and he will say sorry we are closed after 10 mins! Its not just the staff. Some Staff are really good and polite, its just they are so understaffed. I hope they improve, as we are such a local community and businesses does matter"

"Was in tuam plaza drive thru about a hour ago ordered a taco fries meal got no serviette and to make matters worse got no fork for the taco fries very bad need to get staff made aware of this issue"

"If you would like to pay to be served mouldy bread then you will be fine. I went in and ordered a sub from papa John's. I looked and noticed green mould all over the top of the bread, absolutely disgusted I went back into the store to show them the sub and the girl who served me was visibly shocked and disgusted, apologised quickly and went to get the supermacs manager. When he came down he called me over to the other part of the store where he did not apologise and offered a refund to quickly get me out, when I pushed him and asked what exactly would be done to ensure this never happened again as at this point noone had gone down to check the other subs that they were still serving he replied well I didnt really look at it so i dont know, i dont know how this could have happened as we defrost the bread everyday or every 2 days. I am disgusted at the level of customer service and also the dismissive attitude to a serious complaint, i have eaten here many times but this has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth, to say I will think twice before ever frequenting a pat mcdonagh premises of any kind is an understatement."

"Ordered a pizza from the Supermac’s and had to wait over 40 minutes to get it. Service is so bad and by the time we got the pizza it was soggy and they got the order wrong. Won’t be going back again. This isn’t the first time it has happened at the same place as well"

"Shocking service, went to get a sandwich from supersub the lady serving us needed us to tell her what to put into the sandwich from the menu!! I had to remind her to put sauce in it. We asked for a regular sub but got charged for a large anyway, the salad was gone off and I got more onion than anything else in my sandwich. The only good thing was the chips that came over from supermacs. Will avoid at all costs in future. Once bitten twice shy. Maybe train staff. This is why shopping with the little guy is always better."
