"Delicious fish&chips, probably the best I’ve ever had. Perfect combo with a Guinness. Warm place and friendly service!"
"We ate here during our trip to Ireland. The food was fantastic. The steak sandwich. So good. And the fish and chips. Amazing. Worth every penny. Not touristy, which was great. More locals hanging out which gave it more of an authentic vibe."
"Amazing food n friendly staff .highly recommended. Spotless clean"
"In the heart of Grange Village, there is loads of parking at the back. We walked in on the off chance of a table early evening on a Saturday. We were met with a smile and got a table with ease. The place is nicely decorated with a lot of pictures of the local area. The menu looked good and I went with the daily special, Aberdeen Angus ribs with bacon mash, it was lovely, the meat was so tender and the gravy with so deep and rich in flavour. It was a good portion. My daughter had the kids pasta in tomato sauce with melted cheese and we got a portion of garlic bread with cheese to share. The food come out without delay and the staff were nice. We all had dessert, I had the lemon tartlet, which was nice and it came with ice cream. My daughter had the ice cream sundae. The whole meal was good value, especially the kids meal. It was overall a lovely experience, there was so reason what so ever not to give it a five star review."
"Lovely food comfortable seating well worth a visit. My wife and I had the special of the day Aberdeen Angus spare ribs with a lovely creamed potato with bacon and a gravy that was out of this world. My daughter had the garlic bread with cheese and pasta with cheese which she loved. For desserts my daughter and I had the chocolate and vanilla ice cream with brownie bits and it was lovely and the wife had a lemon tart and again everything went down a treat. We called in without pre booking and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and seated. Drinks were ordered while we perused the menu and I believe anyone would find something they would enjoy. The surrounding were cosy and spacious and clean. We never felt rushed and left feeling happy. With loads of parking out the back I honestly can’t think of anything during our visit which would make me not give anything but five stars. Food is freshly cooked so during busy times you could face a bit of a wait but if the food I had today was anything to go by it’s well worth the wait. I nearly forgot to mention if it was value for money and it’s a big yes. For all our meal including drinks it was €80 and for that you got fresh high quality food. The special was €17.90 and I have paid more in some places for a cheese burger (so called homemade) and a hand full of chips. Check it out I believe you will be happy you did."
