"I went to this Supermac's on Saturday 18th March 2023. The manager should be ashamed of himself. Outside the place was full of Superman's wrappers, cups and food all over the ground. The windows and doors were filty dirty. Inside, there are approximately 20 tables, 2 had people sitting at them, and the rest were covered in wrappers, cups, food and sauce. There was nowhere clean for customers to sit. I counted 8 staff behind the counter, 5 of them were doing nothing. They were laughing and joking with each other very loudly, which was quite annoying to look at while the front of house was in such a state. I couldn't believe what I was seeing within the first 60 seconds of walking into this place. The blame for such a dysfunctional operation lies totally with the manager. Too many staff, incorrect rosters, no delegation of responsibility, no respect, no duty of care for customers. The manager should be sacked and the staff should be trained better to do their job. To top off the horrendous experience, the food was the worst I've ever had from Supermacs anywhere. The burger meat was reheated, and the burger was drowned in sauce. It was inedible. If I could give this experience minus stars I would. I will never eat in another Supermac's ever again. Shame on them !!"
"Ordered chips and a strawberry milkshake, milkshake was made straight away but I had to wait 10 minutes for them to bag my chips so milkshake had melted when I got my order, I understand when somewhere is busy but staff were standing around and a queue was forming too, not impressed"
"Very disappointed. Ordered two medium Pizzas for collection. Brought them home and saw both were over-cooked. Did not enjoy pizza them at all. Was craving and looking forward to having pizza but couldn’t even finish 1 slice. Sadly will not be going back."
