"The food is lovely the staff are really nice and fast good place but one thing I will say you don't get much chips there is no difference in a large chips and a small chips and that's happened a few times."

"Chip on his shoulder The grumpy guy who owns this place, barked at me because I asked if he could cook some fresh chicken drumsticks for me! What am I supposed to do with these?, he said, pointing at the dried up ones that looked like they’d been there all day. Reply: To the contrary, we did have two very disappointing experiences regarding your food and when I mentioned it to the lovely lady, she approached the situation very professionally, apologized and offered to cook fresh food for us. Nobody was grumpy, it was all very civilised and friendly. I didn't think much of it as every business can have an off day. Where I draw the line though, is being yelled at ... by the owner or anyone for that matter!"

"Tasty Take Away! The business and premises is kept clean and open, this supports trust in the business and confidence in the food. Specifics: People seem to either love or hate the chips. Most people enjoy them, but given the large doses of salt, many customers won't. From my experiences with the kebabs, while they do taste good, the wrap itself isn't great the kebab tends to fall apart. If that was fixed I would not hesitate to recommend Luca's to anyone!"

"Great food at very keen prices. As mentioned in previous reviews, the place is immaculately clean. Chips are freshly cut each day and that is clearly reflected in the taste and quality. They're not the generic bought in and cooked from frozen ones which some other places serve up. Cannot fault this place."
