"Ordered fish meal online. Arrived as they put fish on. Absolutely plastered it in batter and overcooked it. Left it sitting there for 15 minutes while the staff chatted with their friends. Had to ask them to fulfill order after 20 minutes. Very dissatisfied with the experience. This was the Claremoriss branch."
"Ordered for collection a chicken breast sandwich meal when I arrived home only a handful of undercooked chips rang up and explained to the girl on the phone she said we can't give out to much chips I'm sorry but I paid 9.45 for a meal there was about 10 chips in it she said I can call back up and they will give me more when I arrived I found the staff member rude and not very happy to have to deal with it"
