"Avoid at costs. Twice we have been in an hour before closing to be told the toaster was broke or off. In other words staff just couldn't be bothered serving customers. Also on another occasion we were told that the staff can't do the meal deals only the manager which is absolutely stupid. Will not be giving this establishment another chance. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!"

"Please avoid ordering online...Ordered BLT (bacon,lettuce,tomato) got toasted dry baguette with few slices of bacon. We were told that customers don't like tomatoes and lettuce so they are simply not putting it in..when rang restaurant we were told that there in no-one in charge! to deal with refunds..such a joke of the customer service... pictures below: expectations vs reality"
"Luckily I did not get meat myself but both my niece and fiance 3nded up in crippling pain after eating here. Usually it's great but they must of left the to newbies to themselves as nothing was looked too good. Dont know what happened, anyway we wont be back ever ... and avoid any meat!!!!"
"Food was nice. We stood waiting for 5 mins before we physically had to move around the corner so the male staff member would serve us, no apology. He threw the food together, no conversation or effort made. The table we sat at was dirty and had a basket sitting on it, the one behind had an empty coffee cup and crumbs, the one infront had crumbs too. The staff member was too busy chatting in the back and walking out past customers (others including us) with a cigarette in his mouth then shouting back in the door at the other staff member. He had time to go for a smoke but not to clean the tables."
