"Food is ok. Waiting time is never accurate when ordering via app or by phone. When you arrive to collect food at stated time, they start making it then and there. This has happened numerous of times to me. Also the staff are so rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. When you go in and they are busy or under pressure they will take that stress out on the customer in their mannerisms. Very discrimatory towards foreign customers and make a show out of not been able to understand them. Really disgraceful behaviour considering the village relies on tourists custom during the summer. Won't be going back again as I gave them a few chances and it is always the same. Another takeaway the other side of the village, so would recommend you go there."

"Since new owners took over the food and hospitality has gone down hill. Donor meat is cheap disgusting frozen donor meat. Taco chip is swimming in grease and the staff is rude. I have gone to the Shannon grill for years but will definitely not be going there again"
