"Great shop friendly staff"
"I visited Boots in Golden Island shopping centre today. Any of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly, what you should expect in retail. Except for one girl (black hair) serving at the pharmacy counter. I approached the counter at the same time as another customer, and let her go ahead of me. The customer then went off to look for an item and I asked the sales assistant could she take my sale while I was waiting. I got a very rude reply of no you can wait until I have finished with that lady. It was her whole snotty attitude towards me that left a sourness. She expected me to just stand there waiting. Obviously I went to another til but I was annoyed. She needs to go back and retrain in customer service and just basically learn how to be a nicer human being."

"Worst customer service in any boots. Rang 4 times and kept getting placed on hold and then hung up on me each time. Keep prescriptions without permission and then won’t answer calls. Very slow service at prescription area. I went into get prescription filled, and waited over 25mins when there was nobody else there. I simply wanted aspirin, not a complicated prescription at all. Each time the blonde hair woman gives you a look and says oh that will be 30mins even though no customers in the place that early. Will give business to a decent pharmacy from now on"
