Lough Rynn Castle

"Lough Rynn Castle is situated in a lovely location, and the Castle it's self is beautiful. The tables are set out lovely, the staff are good but not very friendly, and it wasn't busy when we were there. The afternoon tea tasted lovely,it's definitely in my top 3 for selection and freshness. The only downside to the selection is that there could be a bit more to the savoury side. This portion was a bit small. Also, when we asked for more tea, it was topped up, but no additional tea bags were added, so it was very weak. All this said it was still very enjoyable and the kitchen produced some really tasty bits to eat."

"We came for a friend's wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We stayed as a group in one of the houses, which suited us and would have been spacious enough for a longer stay."

"A beautiful setting with extremely friendly staff. This was our 3rd stay. Can get quite busy depending on events. Food is top notch. I recommend paying slightly extra for larger room as rooms within castle building itself can be quite tight. Our first experience a few years ago was a friend's wedding. Couldn't recommend enough for this. Great for a 1 night getaway. Will be back."

The grounds are varied and stunning, the castle is beautiful kept and decorated, food was really nice and the staff were super helpful throughout the day. Looking forward to shooting here again!"
