"Great experience my 9 year old loved the farm animals especially Hunter the dog. We stayed in the tree house. Bring ear plugs as there was a constant noise from the trees rubbing of the deck. Apart from this really enjoyable experience."
"Quirky glamping at it's best. The big red bus is amazing and well worth a stay. The location is fantastic, nestled in the Ox mountains with great access to the coast, forests, loughs and surrounding hills. Dermot and Monica are fantastic hosts providing a warm welcome and local advice as needed. The bus itself is warm and comfortable for a family of 4 with plenty of unique appeal."
"Brought the family up to Dermot & Monica's for the weekend and stayed in the Hideaway. If you want your kids to put down their electrical devices, whatever they use, then this is the spot. Off-grid is not an understatement, the kids loved the interaction with the animals and we can't wait to head back, just next time in late Spring or during the Summer. There is so much to do within a reasonable drive. Can't recommend Ox Mountain Glamping highly enough......"
"I had my little girl’s sixth birthday party here at the ox Mountain adventure camp, we rented out the big red bus and the lodge next to the bus. I honestly could not complain about one thing. Dermot and Monica are excellent hosts. The kids absolutely loved the bus and enjoyed all of the animals that are also there. We will definitely be back for another visit."
