"From the welcome we received until checking out after a 4 night stay I can confidently state we have never been treated better at any hotel anywhere in the world. We had buddy our golden retriever with us and he became the star of the show even guests at a wedding made a beeline for him as they passed by. The staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and attentive, but also give us our space to enjoy the really relaxing and comfortable surroundings. Special mention must go to Anna in reception, she was just wonderful and buddy still misses her cuddles. My wife went to the spa in the castle for a birthday treat and had an amazing experience. Our room was split level, with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom upstairs and living area downstairs. The castle grounds are beautiful, wonderful for walks with spectacular views."
