"This was our second family stay at Killary Lodge. 17 people from six years old to seventy-five years old. We love having a dedicated space where we can be together, yet spacious enough that everyone can have their own space. We enjoyed the trails around the property, swam in the Lake, relaxed in the sauna and rang in the New Year at the fire-pit! Another successful trip at Killary Lodge. We will be back."
"The Killary Lodge is such a stunning lodge located in the most scenic area of Leenane. I was there with a group of 20 women and enjoyed every second. The Lodge had great amenities (ice machine, two fridges, fire-pit, lounge area, crockery, glasses - you name it, the Lodge had it) which was a great benefit for a Lodge in such a remote area, i.e. once you were there you didn't have to leave. The staff were very accommodating in the lead-up and booking experience, always very professional, helpful and very friendly - all of which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious which was perfect for a large group and especially for the times we live in today. Although the oven is not fast for cooking, it was manageable but would recommend using pans for quicker cooking or, what we did for the second night was cater from Misunderstood Heron which was delicious!!!!! Overall a great experience and will definitely return to the west! Thank you."
