"I can see on reviews that this happened already in this store. I wanted to purchase a watch and sales person told me I can get extra 10% discount on displayed price and she calculate a price for me! I needed to think about and when I come back after one hour sales person told me that price was wrong and she can’t sell me a watch by price that she told me hour before!! After sales person saw that I was unhappy she went to manager and manager couldn’t give extra only 5% discount on “new” price (even that price was still above price I was told earlier) to try to recover customer experience. No flexibility at all from manager even it was obvious their mistake. Very unhappy now and will spend more money for different watch just to not buy there. You should look after you customers much better if it is your mistake who want to spend so much money just for one watch. Sales person was great but can’t say same for manager as manager didn’t show any flexibility. Didn’t even show up in store to talk to me!! With flexibility of 5% I would still pay more then what sales person said at my first visit. Unbelievable!"

"Its 2nd time I am using their service to replace battery in my Tissot Titanium Expert watch (battery last 3yrs using of compass and altimeter). Service is outstanding. All titanium buttons replaced Compass bezel replaced, all o-rings replaced, wrist band and case polished. Not a scratch on saphire glass (never was). Watch looks like new after 7 yrs of abusing use. Comms with 2yrs warranty. All for 60€ including return postage. BTW Hour Passion have great range of beautiful watches from Swatch, Tissot, Certina, Rado or Longines in heavily discounted prices. Ladies are very professional with all advice and knowledge. Go and get proper watch. You will never regret!"

"This place is really great for watches with prices legitimately better than going direct. The staff are super friendly and accommodating too, not pushy or aggressive and they know what they're talking about. If you can, deal with Min. She was a real pleasure to do business with. Good staff are hard to come by and Hour Passion has plenty, not to mention excellent watches from Hamilton to Longines (picture) and some more fashion watches too. I'll be back :)"
