"Couldn't possibly recommend Copa highly enough. It is rare these days for someone go above and beyond to help you but that was my experience with Copa. To begin not realising that they closed at 5.30 I arrived later than that but I said I'd browse the window anyway. When the gentleman was leaving he noticed me browsing and not only did he help me but he reopened the entire store for me. He was so friendly and helpful and I left having had a truly wonderful experience. As I said I couldn't recommend Copa highly enough!"

"I put a deposit in an angagement ring.. Then my wife found another ring that she preferred. After that I went back to ask for my deposit back and was told no we only give credit note. OK fair enough I accepted this. 6 months later I was buying a gift for my sister and I went to the shop again.. But by now I couldn't find the credit note. To my surprise they never had any record of the €100 deposit for the wrddi g ring and I asked do they not have a record of that and they said no because of the gdpr rules they couldnrlt record anyone's name or details. This is a complete lie, if the person gives consent, of course they can record their details, just as easily as they could accept the money.... Their eyes were smiling when I told them that I couldn't find the credit note, because basically they knew that they now have stolen that money from me.... Never again will I go back to that shop. My advice don't trust them with your deposit if you happen to lose the bit of paper that says they owe you."
