"Would not reccommed. I brought my laptop in here to be booted to windows 11 (after getting caught in a loop) but when i got it back after paying for the fix i found the laptop bottom cracked and the ethernet port fecked (which is the port i mainly use in this laptop). When i brought it in there was no care given and suggested i buy a usb a to ethernet hub. He also claimed that it was like that when given in which is such a blatent lie as he also admitted the eternet port was fine when i brought it in. The side that was cracked also had the screw tightened but the case wasnt fully fastened so i already know that the crack probably happened as the back wasnt secured properlybefore screwing. He didnt even try resolve he just acted indignant. Never going there again and i wouldnt recommend - i wish i brought it anywhere but there."
