"I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to enable me to write this review. I had a TV installed by John Quinn in OCTOBER. He was to come back to install a second one I'm a full time carer and asked him to phone beforehand to make sure someone would be home. He made several appointments to call and would either not show up or cancel. I waited patiently. He then turned up without my prior knowledge so I phoned him. He said would call on Wednesday 19th December (bearing in mind this is two months after installation.)The agreed time was 10 o'clock I waited and waited. I phoned at 11 o'clock to be told they'd gone to another job. I asked him would he call as he had promised he wouldn't let me down for Christmas. He told me that I was putting him under pressure and he wouldn't be out at all. WAITED TWO MONTHS FOR THIS MAN AND HAS LEFT ME DOWN ON CHRISTMAS WEEK!!!! I original he"
