"I dropped my Macbook Pro in as the display randomly broke. They took the laptop from me for a week and said it could not be repaired. After, I brought it into Select in Limerick City afterwards to check if it could be repaired. They have found it can be repaired, which this company told me was not the case. Earlier, I received an email from a worker in Select to say whoever was in the machine before it absolutely butchered it. There were antennas trapped under other components and "shields" removed from some chips in the motherboard. The man was nice to deal with but I would recommend any students who have this problem to just drop their laptops into a store such as Select."

"Brought my computer in for repair as my charging port was acting up. Computer was taken off me and I was told I would be updated and have it returned in two days. This was not the case. I had to order in a new part for the computer myself and drop it down which further delayed the process. Felt I was overcharged for the service and the aftermath proves so. I noticed all the screws for my keyboard were missing, and had the keyboard had come loose. I returned with this issue where screws were picked up of the floor and inserted into the laptop. A week later and the charging port issue has returned and the laptop now will not charge at all."
