I make allowances for the fact that there are good and not so good operators out there and you expect if you are dissatisfied with a service you will at least be met with courtesy with a complaint. I have looked at some of the negative reviews and can see why. Once you pay up and shut up all will be fine. However if you question a charge for work done you will probably meet an extremely obnoxious man who I will not name. Sufficient to say get a price in advance, keep a record of the time taken to do the job, and price any parts needed in advance. Better still use someone else and save yourself the grief."
