"Avoid this shop like the plague!!! This man can talk the talk, do not be fooled. I bought an iphone off him, the speaker was gone in the phone, at the same time I asked him to fix my other iPhone and I was told to come back the following week which I did. Guess what my iPhone couldn’t be located and apparently he was on holidays. I went in time & time to get my iPhone back but he was never around. The last time I went in he was there and he tried to convince me he was not the owner, the man that sold me the iphone and the man that was meant to fix my other iPhone. I gave up after that. I never got my iPhone back and paid huge money for a broken iPhone from him."
"Staff went above and beyond when I was in Galway traveling. My eSim stopped working and I needed a solution now. I stopped in, he gave me a SIM card and explained how/ where to get a plan. I must have looked baffled because he took me to get the plan. Back at the store, the SIM card wouldn't work on my phone. He trouble shot the problem, apologized for the delay, and I left with a fully operational phone. Thanks so much!"
"This man sold me an old phone for €320 and said the cover was included. He also said he could extract images from another old phone and for about a week kept telling me to "come back tomorrow" until the day he knew I had to leave. I returned in a couple months after he said he would do that and also he would have a phone cover for me. He can't provide the service he claims to be able. He also took 2 more valuable phones and is now claiming they were different phones. Also a minor thing is the phone cover, he didn't have one and since he sold me such an old model they don't exist. He put a phone cover on my phone to make up for all of the hassle and as I left the shop I realised it was the wrong one, the camera was covered and he forced my phone into. And he had the audacity to tell me to "come back tomorrow"!!! He will try and RIP YOU OFF and BEST AVOIDED!"
